Sign of Strength (SoS)
MindMosaic are delighted to be part of the ‘Sign of Strength’ campaign launched by the volunteer and third sector group, Inverclyde Community Action Response Group (ICARG).
The campaign focuses on the premise that “it’s a sign of strength, not a sign of weakness” to ask for help. ICARG volunteers noticed a pattern developing from people who needed help but didn’t want to be a nuisance by asking for assistance.
Lockdown is easing, but there are still many who need support and we want to reinforce that it is absolutely ok to ask for help, no matter what it might be for – whether its shopping or picking up medicines, or just having a chat.
Call 01475 601601 to chat to someone if you are worried, feeling anxious or sinply just need a little chat. If you prefer, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
