Hours: 12 per week including some evening work.

Reports to: CEO/Director of Adult Services.
Role: This post requires an experienced administration officer.
The role of the administration assistant will be to provide administrative support to the service in an efficient and effective manner. Successful candidate will be fully conversant in Microsoft Office. Main tasks and responsibilities include premises and facilities management, service user records’ administration, production of management information, support and provision of secretarial/administrative services, and other tasks required by management to support effective frontline delivery of service.
