Role: Administration Finance Lead
Fixed term 1-year contract with possibility of extension if further funding secured.
Hours: 30 hrs per week, could be worked over 4 or 5 days, may include some evening working.
Location: This position is based at Mind Mosaic Counselling & Therapy, 30 Nelson St, Greenock.
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata) Dependant on experience
Reports to: Chief Executive
MindMosaic are an Inverclyde based mental health charity providing psychotherapeutic interventions primarily in the Inverclyde area. As a relatively small team we are looking to recruit a flexible, enthusiastic and positive individual who is willing to be involved in all aspects of the organisation of our busy and growing charity.
Role: MindMosaic are looking to recruit an innovative and flexible financial and administration lead to join our small charity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead role in the administrative and finance department. They will ensure a motivated team integral to the wider Mind Mosaic team. Holding regular 1 to 1s with team members and ensuring good team communication is critical so that any issues are quickly dealt with.
The post holder will be an innovative financial administration expert with excellent interpersonal skills and should be proactive and have strong problem-solving skills while being analytical, knowledgeable, and organised.
