Role: Administration Manager
Hours: 26 per week including some evening work.
Location: This position is based at Mind Mosaic Counselling & Therapy, 30 Nelson St, Greenock.

Reports to: CEO/Director of Adult Services.
Role: This post requires an experienced administration officer who is fully conversant in Microsoft Office The Administrative Manager will supervise administrative team members, develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the MindMosaic office operate smoothly and efficiently. As well as acting in a personal assistant role to the director and senior staff.
You will also assist in developing and enforcing budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress on projects, and planning and organising of events, which may include training sessions or policy or procedure updates.
A key player in the organisation, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organised with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.
