We've been helping people across Inverclyde and Scotland since 2012.

We started MindMosaic because too many people couldn't get the mental health support they needed. That's still why we're here.

We offer counselling and therapy for individuals, couples and families - including psychotherapy, trauma therapy, and perinatal counselling. We also run support groups and activities to help people look after their wellbeing. And for professionals and organisations, we deliver specialist training to strengthen practice and build safer, more inclusive workplaces.

Whatever brings someone to us, we work at their pace, in a space where they feel safe, comfortable and heard.

Our services are trauma-informed. This means they’re centred on our clients emotional, psychological and physical safety. All sessions are undertaken in secure, comfortable and confidential environments.

We’re funded through a mix of grants, partnerships, and generous donations. We also ask clients to contribute what they can for each counselling session. Every penny goes directly towards our staff and helping us reach more people who need support.
