Caitlin is doing the Kitlwalk Glasgow 2026 for MindMosaic!
Hi my name is Caitlin Cummings and I am taking part in the Kiltwalk 2026 for MindMosaic Counslling & Therapy.
This walk is deeply personal to me. My hope is that, with your support and sponsorship, MindMosaic can continue tackling suicide prevention and raising awareness of men’s mental health, openly, compassionately, and in a way that truly helps.
Too many men suffer in silence. I’ve seen the impact of that first hand with my brothers. I’m doing this for them and for all the men like them so that more people feel seen, heard, and supported before it’s too late.
If you’re able, please consider supporting this wonderful charity by sponsoring my Kiltwalk 2026. Every donation helps create conversations, provide support, and save lives.
Thank you for standing with me, you can read my full story and donate by clicking here.
Ronan's doing the Kiltwalk Glasgow 2026 for MindMosaic!
Meet Ronan, a passionate local man using photography and art to raise awareness of men’s mental health and sexual assault. Recently, Ronan held a powerful exhibition at university, showcasing deeply personal work aimed at reducing stigma and helping men feel safe to come forward and be heard.
Ronan openly credits photography and art as therapeutic tools in his own mental health journey, proof that creativity can heal when words feel hard to find. He also recognises that not everyone has the opportunity to attend university or study for a degree, which makes community support and accessible mental health services even more vital.
Now, Ronan is taking the next step. Alongside his partner Caitlin, he is walking the Kiltwalk to raise funds for MindMosaic Counselling and Therapy, helping ensure others can access the support they deserve.
If you’d like to support Ronan and MindMosaic you can donate here.

“Photography has been a great tool for me in terms of managing stress and taking some time for myself to do something creative that is not necessarily linked to work or productivity. In particular, I really enjoy taking time to ensure I get the composition right for macro nature shots, some of which you can see here. I highly recommend this course!”
