The Information We Collect

We will not use your email or other contact details for any other reason. You can opt in/out to receive further communications about MindMosaic Counselling & Therapy through email, as well as using the controls at the bottom of every email campaign we send.

Squarespace - our website content management platform
Google Sheets - which stores our signup lists from the website
Mailjet - our email communication platform
Tacklit - our client management system
Donorbox - our donation platform
Stripe - our payment processing service
Eventbrite - which we use for event registration in some cases
Goodbox - which we use for taking in-person donations
Our website also collects and stores standard information about you to help improve your experience. This information will be collected and analysed for monitoring purposes. We may share this data publicly, but this information will be shared in an anonymised format.
If you access support through MindMosaic Counselling & Therapy we will collect the following information:

Your postal address
Date of birth
Emergency contact details
Details specific to you i.e. gender, marital status, employment status, disabilities (if applicable) and details pertinent to your reason for referral
GP details
If you donate to us, we will also collect:
Payment details from your debit/credit card
Your status as a UK taxpayer (for the purposes of GiftAid)
If you pay to attend an event via the website, we will collect:
Payment details from your debit/credit card
Supplementary information to ensure the smooth running of an event (eg. dietary and access requirements)
We will only use the information you give us for the purposes it was collected. We will not, under any circumstances, share or sell your personal data with any third party for their own purposes, and you will not receive marketing from any other companies, charities or other organisations as a result of giving your information to us.
Access to the data was store is restricted to authorised MindMosaic Counselling & Therapy employees only. The data held on Squarespace, Google Sheets, Mailjet and Donorbox is also accessible to authorised employees of our marketing support agency, The Marketing Department.
