With empathy and warmth, Jackie uses the experience, skills and the training she has to support people as they address the parts of their lives they feel are holding them back – be that trauma, grief and loss, or the broader effects of anxiety and depression. She enjoys her role in the development of the next generation of counsellors as the Student Coordinator at MindMosaic and as a trainer in the delivery of the COSCA Counselling Skills Course.
