Refund Policy
MindMosaic is committed to providing high-quality events, workshops, and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be granted.
Event Bookings
Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is received more than 10 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the event date. This includes non-attendance (“no-shows”) on the day of the event.
Training for Organisations
Cancellations made with 12 or more weeks prior to the date the training commences will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of 10% of total training cost.
Cancellations made between weeks 6-12 prior to the date the training commences will receive a refund of 75% of the total cost.
Cancellations of less than six weeks are not eligible for a refund.
COSCA Training
Deposits to secure your place are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers
At our discretion, and subject to availability, we may allow a booking to be transferred to another event or participant instead of a refund. Requests must be made in writing before the event date.
Cancellations by MindMosaic
If MindMosaic cancels an event, participants will be offered either:
a) a full refund, or
b) a transfer to an alternative event of equal value.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
