Refund Policy

MindMosaic is committed to providing high-quality events, workshops, and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be granted.

Event Bookings

  • Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is received more than 10 calendar days before the scheduled event date.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the event date. This includes non-attendance (“no-shows”) on the day of the event.

Training for Organisations

  • Cancellations made with 12 or more weeks prior to the date the training commences will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of 10% of total training cost.

  • Cancellations made between weeks 6-12 prior to the date the training commences will receive a refund of 75% of the total cost.

  • Cancellations of less than six weeks are not eligible for a refund.

COSCA Training

  • Deposits to secure your place are not eligible for a refund.

Transfers

  • At our discretion, and subject to availability, we may allow a booking to be transferred to another event or participant instead of a refund. Requests must be made in writing before the event date.

Cancellations by MindMosaic

  • If MindMosaic cancels an event, participants will be offered either:
    a) a full refund, or
    b) a transfer to an alternative event of equal value.

Consumer Rights

  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
