We provide one-to-one counselling, couples therapy and family support. All our counsellors are fully qualified and work to COSCA and BACP professional standards.
We work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma and the stress of big life changes. You don't need a referral. And we never turn anyone away at the point of need.
